2 BD/2 BTH Ocean view apartment at the border of Solana Beach & Del Mar (just a short walk from dog beach & the Del Mar Fairgrounds). Plus, a beautiful outdoor deck facing the ocean right off the living room (my favorite part of the place).

All shared spaces will be furnished & the bedroom available unfurnished. 2 assigned parking spaces & plenty of street parking nearby.

I’m a 30-year old WFH professional (working in branding and marketing in the Food & Bev/CPG industry—if you love snacks and sparkling water, get ready to be drowning in both whenever you’d like).

I’m super social, love to be out and about ofter, and am very passionate about health and fitness (certified in personal training, yoga instruction, & currently working on my Pilates/Lagree certification. I’m also attempting to learn to dance, which will provide ample entertainment/laughs i’m sure).

I have a 3-legged, 12 lb rescue pup named Tripod & a large cat-that-thinks-he’s-a-dog cat named Taki. Both are super friendly and have big personalities, so they also provide ample entertainment.

I’d love to find someone who’s up for hanging once in awhile if they’re comfortable with that, someone clean, & preferably someone who’s not super into partying (but open to hosting friends for dinners, movie nights, game nights, etc.).
