About the room
Hi my name is shimika and I’m looking for someone to share a 3 bedroom townhouse with. It is 2 stories, bedrooms on the second floor with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and half bathroom downstairs. Located in Miami Gardens, not far from the stadium. You get your own bathroom and room with a walk in closet and balcony.
I do have a 1yr old cat named pebble. She’s friendly and playful when she’s not being lazy.
The rent would be 1100 plus electricity which we would both share. To move in is 3x the rent which will be 3300 each (me and you). I’m looking to move in the second week of Jan, around Jan 16. I do have pictures and videos if requested. We can also view the unit together.
About the roomies
I’m 32 work in healthcare and in school. I have a 1 yo cat named Pebble. The landlord is someone who works at my job. I’m neat, work overnight and will mostly be home to sleep
