UNFURNISHED BEDROOM Sorry for the photos, but my roommate and I have been living here for 5+ years. By the time someone moves in 99% of this will be gone because it belongs to her. Spacious two bdrm and 2 1/2 bath apartment on two floors. The medium sized bdrm has its own bathroom and two spacious closets. There is a dishwasher, laundry, and a balcony in the apartment. The building is clean and the cleaning ladies do a good job. The area is fairly quiet. There is a gym and pool just a 5 minute walk from this building. The apartment is on the top floor and there is no elevator. However, it is not that far up and it isn’t a steep climb. There is some storage, but not for anything large. Water and trash utilities are included. You will have to sign a lease and put down a security deposit. The standard apartment rental paperwork.
I am a 40+ woman that works from home. Current roommate is moving out. I am the only person that you would be sharing an apartment with. I don’t smoke and the building has a strict no smoking policy. I am quiet and have few guests (as you should). I do have some health issues, but nothing that keeps me from being mobile and going out. I really just want someone quiet, clean, considerate, and thoughtful. One cat is fine. No parties and no drama.
