Female Roommate Wanted—1 bedroom/private bathroom at luxury apartment

Bedroom/bathroom is currently occupied but my roommate is ready to move out when I find a new one.

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury apartment. We are on the 3rd floor, so the noise is minimal. 24 hour fitness center/gym. 24 hour clubhouse. 2 pools/hot tubs open all year round and open 24 hours. 24 hour security and gated entrances that require a key fob to enter. Walking trails everywhere. Parks everywhere. We are 3 minutes from Fry’s. We are 10 minutes from downtown Scottsdale. 5 minutes from the major freeway.

No smoking of any substances allowed.

You would be occupying the smaller of the 2 bedrooms, but you have your own private bathroom, and you also will get to have the living room space majority of the time. Everything of yours would be unfurnished—no bedroom furniture and no bathroom accessories. I am a 34 y/o working professional, and I work a lot. So, after work, I mostly come back to the apartment, cook my dinner, workout, and then head into my room and watch TV. You will have your personal space a lot of the time. All I kindly ask is that there aren’t crazy parties 24/7 going on. The apartment does have “quiet hours.” I believe it’s from 10 pm-6 am.

After coming to see the place, you will need to show proof of employment and will need to co-sign on to the lease, which ends in October 2024.

The roommate’s monthly rent, on average, is $1390 for all expenses: half the rent, half the internet, half the gas and electric. It goes up a little in the summer, of course. Rent is due to me on the 1st of every month. Timely payments are essential.

This place is pet friendly, but you have to pay an extra monthly fee for that. I have no issues with pets in the apartment so long as they’re properly cared for and the fee is paid timely every month.
