Nice, quiet neighborhood in between Buckman and the Mississippi Strip with quick access to the Pearl District and Downtown via the Broadway bridge. A block away from Safeway grocer. The room is 10ft x 13ft with a large attached closet. There’s one full bath and in unit laundry. The wood floors are in decent condition. We have two social cats and are not looking to add more animals to the unit.
