Quiet, quaint neighborhood in desirable Old Fig area, 5 min walk restaurants, Whole Foods, craft brew pub, bakery, Starbucks, a little bit of everything. Currently redoing master room with private bathroom/shower but will post photos soon. I am very tidy and offer a comfy, peaceful space. In person interview required

I am the only tenant, looking for travel RN or professionals for short term. I’m a young 55, professional, yoga, hike, fun laid back and social but also keep to myself and respect others space as well. Not alot of rules except, cleanliness, respect, quiet, no couples, no parties. I play music, have get togethers sometimes but generally quiet. I’m gone alot as I work remotely but travel and the extra help with the condo through April would be great. It’s a very quiet, peaceful complex, older french style architecture so if you’re looking for “new” this won’t be a good fit. A blend of younger people, retired but mostly all keep to themselves. Most the area is vintage looking, big trees, walk friendly area, great farmers market up the street as well.
