Hi! I’m looking for someone to rent two of the rooms out of the 4-bedroom home I rent in Oceanside. The rent for the 2 rooms is $1950 and then half utilities. On the plus side, the home is solar powered, so the energy bill is insanely reasonable. The house is beautiful, newly remodeled with attached garage, backyard, beautiful kitchen, and spacious living areas in the downstairs portion of the house. This would be a shared housing situation (with just myself). I was renting with a friend, but she is moving Feb. 1st, and I’d really like to be able to stay here. If you’re interested, please DM me and we can set up a phone call just to confirm we’re not scammers or bots (I had no idea it would be so hard to find roommates!). Also, this is a pet friendly home. I have a very friendly dog. I don’t smoke and I only occasionally drink. The lease is technically up March 15th but like I said, the two rooms will be available as soon as February 1st.

A little about me. I work remotely so I’m here during the day. After work I’m either out at the gym or doing something with friends, or at the park with the dog. Weekends I like to be outdoors as much as possible; hiking, snowboarding, brunching, being a beach bum or any other fun outdoorsy type of things. I’m really easy going, very down to earth, and am still friends with all of the roomies I’ve shared housing situations with. Thanks!
