This is a 3 bedroom-2 bath on a residential street, with agreeable, stable and considerate neighbors living in the building. Apartment is on the second floor.

There is a shared eat-in kitchen and living room. There is a bonus room currently used for storage.

The available bedroom is the largest with a high ceiling, large closet, and private bathroom.

Landlord is also friendly and helpful, and active within the community.

Current roommates are two females in their 30s, working professionals, and very friendly.
