About the room

Private furnished bedroom with private bathroom available for rent - $1000 including utilities.

Currently looking to sublet a furnished bedroom with a private bathroom within walking distance from USC’s main campus. (In close proximity to Exposition park). The room is furnished with a cozy twin bed (2 large drawers underneath great for storage), along with a desk and chair. Very cute!

The common area includes a kitchen along with kitchen essentials, i. e. microwave, gas stove/oven, refrigerator, some cooking utensils and appliances. A shelf will be assigned to you in the refrigerator and freezer. Common area is cleaned weekly by maid service.

The room (which btw, is locked, so you’ll be given a key) is located on the first floor of a 2-story home where USC students, or working professionals reside. So yes, you do not need to be a USC student. :-)

The atmosphere is very chill, quiet, and clean. We generally just keep to ourselves. What I love most about this house is the privacy. The design of the house is very “hotel” like, so you’re not in each other’s face. Independence is glorious here! When you enter the front door there is actually just a long hallway/corridor with rooms on both sides. The hallway ends with the common area (kitchen) at the back of the house.

Rent includes Wi-fi, utilities, water/trash, and free laundry on-site and parking. As a bonus, the front porch serves as a patio area/quaint lounge with a sofa for you to work, read, have coffee/tea or just chill outside and enjoy the weather.

Available March 15, 2024 onwards. (Rent free March 15th-31st!) You would be committed to stay at least through end of July, and extend the lease if needed. A credit check may be required. Easy-peasy!

Please message me and we’ll get the ball rolling!

Thank you!

Mostly USC students and working professionals reside here. Everyone is pretty quiet and we generally just keep to ourselves.
