Clinton Avenue

I’m renting one bedroom in my beautiful brownstone 2 bedroom apartment for a minimum of 4 months, ideally longer. I am only in NY every four to eight weeks for a couple of weeks, so you have the entire apartment to yourself much of the time! It’s on the top (3rd) floor of a gorgeous brownstone building on famous Clinton Avenue on the border between Fort Greene and Clinton Hill, with great restaurants, shops, and an express commute via Q and B trains into Manhattan. It’s a beautifully decorated oasis in NY with a great sanctuary vibe. Great light, big trees outside the windows make this space almost feel like a tree house! All kitchen amenities are provided. It is quiet and serene, a happy place! Since it’s a small ‘sesame street style’ COOP building occupied by owners only, it’s very important to respect the neighbors and be very quiet. So I am looking for a friendly, quiet, super responsible and neat person. Visitors need to be kept to a minimum. Single person only, no boyfriends or girlfriends and no parties… thanks for understanding!
