Community is a smoke-free community

I recently signed a lease on a 2bd/2ba on the 2nd floor, application fee: $50. Electricity, water/sewage, wifi & basic cable included. You may need rentals insurance upon moving in. Room size is: 12’8 by 11’7. Apartment has alarm system, keyless and key entry, large size washer/dryer in unit. Both rooms, living room and balcony faces the parking lot. Just a reminder the spare room is unfurnished.

I am the only one living in the apartment right now. I am laid back, clean and quite. I don’t smoke, don’t do drugs, don’t party, there won’t be any guests nor overnight guests on my part (if this is an issue) except for my younger sister visiting from out of state later on in the near future. My weekdays/afternoon/evenings are spent working early mornings some time long hours, errands, gym and coming home. When I am not working I am either reading, watching television, grocery shopping, etc. I’m not a confrontational person and I would prefer the same in a roommate. I don’t mind roommates with children and or small pets. Thank you for your interest and time.
