Jade's room

Located in the northend, just a 5-minute drive from Boise Co-op and a 9-minute drive from BSU, this home features a spacious front yard, a designated fire pit area, and outdoor seating. The 3-bedroom house is spread across two floors, with the kitchen, dining room, and living room on the first floor. My room is situated on the left side of the house. Upstairs, where your room will be, there’s a versatile lounge room or office space, a master bedroom with an attached bathroom, and an additional bedroom. The house offers free parking, high-speed internet, and convenient access to a washer and dryer. We are looking for either 1 person to rent the entire upstairs or couple/2 best friends. (The space is very intimate) there’s also only one shower in the entire house.
