Alinson McDermott's room

A 2-bedroom one bathroom house with a backyard and a washer and dryer included on the property! Utilities vary, split between me and you, so likely no more than $75-$115 a month.

Shared spaces are already furnished, but bedroom is unfurnished. The floors are either tile or laminate. The bedroom available is the one closer to the front door. I have a cat, but I don’t mind you having a cat or dog, preferably no more than 2-3 pets though. No smoking inside the house, but outside is fine. The backyard has a nice couch area you can lounge in with pretty lights that turn on at night.

Living room has a nice chill setup with a cozy couch set and fluffy rug, and I don’t mind my roommate inviting friends over. I live about 10 minutes from Tech.

I’m currently a senior at Texas Tech I’m a computer science student and love to cook, bake, and craft/make stuff in my free time. I have the cutest 5-month old kitten named Waldo, and he’s super soft and friendly. I don’t really invite many friends over, so there shouldn’t be a big concern about noise.

I’m not a clean freak but I do like to keep the house somewhat clean and organized, so I’m trying to find a roommate that’s the same way. I’m talkative but fun and try to make sure I talk through any issues/concerns that may come up as roommates!
