Subletting a room in a luxury doorman building located in one of Jersey City’s most exclusive neighborhoods. The apartment is 2BR 2BTH and I live in the master bedroom. You will have a private bedroom and a bathroom so it’s a spacious and quiet living environment. The room is furnished with new furniture including a double-size bed, a desk, and a chair. It has a sizable built-in closet as well. The washer and a dryer are in unit. Also, there are many amenities available in the building including 24 hours gym, roof deck, screen golf zone, swimming pool, and other resident areas.

In terms of public transportation, it’s very convenient and there are three path stations nearby. The closest one is Exchange Place which is just one stop from the World Trade Center station in Manhattan. The station is 3 blocks away from the apartment. Also, Grove Station and Newport Station are within 10-minute walking distance.

There is a market on the first floor of the apartment building and a CVS store across the street. Whole Foods is also located in 3 blocks. It is one block from the Hudson River, so you can see the skyline of Manhattan while running or walking along the river.

If you stay for a shorter period, the price is $150/ night and $170/ night for 2 people.

I’m looking for a female roommate who is clean and respectful of others. Keeping the place is very important to me. The shared areas will be sharing the kitchen, the dining room, and the living room. I’m looking for someone who loves to keep the shared areas neat and clean :)

I’m in my early 30s and working in tech. I work from home and so spend most of the time at home. I’m quiet and sometimes have friends over. The nice thing about the apartment is the layout of the unit is kind of separated so you can still have privacy when another roomie has guests home.
