Monarchs and hummingbirds regularly fly outside the windows.

Walk to downtown PG, Asilomar , the bay, and even Cannery Row. About 6 minute drive to Trader Joe’s on Forest Ave, 8 minute drive to Spanish Bay, 12 minutes to PB corporate lot, 8 minutes to Taylor St. Gate, 8 minutes to Cannery Row, 10 minutes to Old Fisherman’s Wharf, 14 minutes to downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea, and about 20 minutes to Costco/Seaside or Ryan Ranch.

Private, large bedroom with afternoon, direct sunlight, shared bathroom, storage, and lots of street parking in quiet building and a very safe PG neighborhood.

I will negotiate and work with the right roommate to make it work, but empty, furnished, and/or utilities included will affect price. Private laundry in apartment, but also shared laundry in complex.

Prefer someone with a regular work schedule, male or female, minimum of 3 to 6 months, longer to be negotiated if we click. No pets, no smokers (non-smoking building). For reference, you can get a 450sf ground floor studio, looking out to a wall for $1700 a few blocks up on Pine Avenue.

Me - Married, 30+male (spouse lives in Paris, does not visit CA), real estate agent, work from and am home most of the time, social, but can keep to myself, and will usually be in my room. I use headphones for TV and music, and I travel for several weeks at a time, so you’ll have the place to yourself a few weeks here and there.
