Private bedroom in a 1600sqft first floor apartment in a quiet building. Our apartment includes 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, in unit laundry, dishwasher, detached dinning room, large living room and covered porch for relaxing. Bedroom is a good size and has 2 windows overlooking side yard. There is plenty of yard space to enjoy being outside in warmer weather. Rent will be split equally 3 ways between you and the two of us who currently are renting the unit. Room is $730 per month and we pay all utilities except water and sewer, so it generally comes out to about $800-825 a month each. Neighborhood is nice, about 2 miles away from Worcester State. Parking is mostly street but is plentiful here and available on quiet side roads, but we do have one private off street spot that could be available. No dogs, willing to accept one cat. Building is old has character, includes all the bells and whistles. Pictures show the apartment as being empty but we do have furniture in the apartment, can fit some more if you have common area furniture.

We are a pair of friends in our late 20’s with full time jobs, both of us are home most evenings and in and out on weekends. We have company over occasionally and are fine with you inviting company over but absolutely no parties as this is a more mature apartment building. We like to hang out and have a few drinks and watch movies together in the living room, but if you prefer not to socialize as often that is okay too. 420 is fine with us as long as it is outside, or porch is lovely for that. We maintain a clean living space and are only willing to live with someone who does the same. We’re pretty independent but we help one another. Looking for a like-minded person with similar lifestyle habits. Our lease is up at the end of April, and you would be a subletter until then. We are looking for a 3rd person who will hopefully renew the lease with, so if this works out you could stay until end of April ’25.
