About the room
The apartment is a four-level duplex located in a nice neighborhood in the west end of Somerville. The house is historic with hardwood floors, large windows, large rooms, and high ceilings. The bedroom (15.5’ x 14.5’) is located on the second floor with the other bedroom and the bathroom. The large kitchen and living room are on the first level in addition to an attic and a basement with laundry and lots of storage.
Downtown Somerville is a 5-10 minute walk and there are several bike paths nearby that link to Duke Farms and Duke Island Park.
