This is for a room only.

The house is a new 2023 build located in North Shore. The room is located downstairs with a en-suite bathroom. You have complete access to everything downstairs. The upstairs is off limits. All the utilities are included with the price. If you have an electric car, our garage is set up for EV parking. All the appliances are brand new, along with the couch. You will have your own space in the pantry, in the kitchen, the laundry room, and in the garage.

Random facts: We have a big grassed in backyard. We have smart thermostats to control the temperature when you are not home, a smart fridge with a screen, a smart lock on the front door for keyless entry, A robot vacuum, a Dyson Vacuum, Netflix, Amazon prime, Apple Tv, YouTube Premium (You have access to all of these amenities)

My fiancé and I own the home. It’s just us two living here, along with our mini golden doodle. We are more laid back, homebodies when we are not working. We are looking for a motivated, working professional. Preferably someone in their 30’s. We want someone who is clean and is a non smoker. Pets and couples are not allowed at this time. The room is available until April 10th. If all parties get along well, then we can renew the lease further. (We will meet up at a coffee shop or something before you come see the house to make sure we all get along before hand)
