Come experience Old Colorado City and all that the Westside has to offer! We are located within walking distance of OCC and all its charm, only 2.5 miles from downtown, and only 3 miles from Manitou Springs. Trailheads at Red Rocks and Garden of the Gods are just a short 5-10 minute drive away, or hop on the Midland bike path, which is just down the block!

We currently have 2 rooms available in our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. You can take both bedrooms and have your own private bathroom for $1150 or choose just a single room with a shared bathroom for $650/month (we’d prefer to have a single roommate or couple take both rooms, but if you would be a great fit, we can be flexible!). Rooms can be furnished as shown or unfurnished. Rent includes all utilities & high-speed internet. We also have a home gym in the basement with a Peloton Bike and Tread, kettlebells, weights, and yoga equipment.

We would be open to adding another friendly dog to the household. We have a fenced yard and a dog who is very social and would love a companion. Unfortunately no cats, since I’m allergic.

Couples are welcome but would be required to take both rooms.

We are a married couple in our 40s. We love to travel and be active outdoors and live a fairly quiet home life. Our pup is a 5-year-old female shepherd mix.
