Hello, Im looking to share my house with the right fit. Your private space would be my Spare Room inside the house with a large window tons of light, New Floors, baseboards , Trim , New Paint, HighSpeed unlimited Xfinity Wifi, flat screen on wall. It’s an AFrame 1000sq foot home 4 mins walk to Scotts Flat lake Marina. Hot Tub And Cold Plunge off deck, paddle boards and canoes available too.

The Appliances inside the house are all New High Efficiency with a larger 50gal water heater.

The home is heated by a New EPA wood Burning Stove.

There’s a full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. This is a shared bathroom situation between 3 people (currently only 2 people) so cleanliness is a must.

I’m in the restaurant industry for income and this house is 420 friendly laid back atmosphere 🥃🍄🏂🏍️🛶🏖️🏔️🌈that being said I’m very tidy and expect everyone to be clean/Tidy and respectful of the house and everyone’s belongings and shared space. You must be a clean person to reside here.

This is ideal for someone who’s active/gym and into Lake Life, hiking,biking, SUP, outdoors etc.

No cigarette smokers 🚭🚭🚭 but Splifs and blunts tolerated outside. 420 cool inside 😎

My house is DOG FRIENDLY with an enclosed Dog run with direct house access from inside the dog run, it’s also protected from predators/weather.

We SPLIT PGE/Xfinity 3 ways it’s usually about 100 a person total so budget 950 total per month.

First and last months Rent Required pro rated for the day you move in.

We are at about 3500 elevation so below the snow line however we do get snow a few times a year during big storms that hit lower elevation. In general though 4x4 is not required to live here. The roads are plowed as well when it does snow.
