About the room
The room is in a brand new 3bd 2 1/2 ba townhouse just north of East Nash (37207) and it is 8 miles from Broadway/downtown. The house has all new appliances and washer/dryer upstairs. Room for rent will be unfurnished. Big unfenced backyard area and parking available right in front of the house. The 3rd bedroom will be kept open as a guest room.
About the roomies
It will just be myself (24) and my 2 year old mini dachshund so you must be dog friendly. I work full time in office so I’m out of the house most days and like my quiet/chill nights after working all day so I don’t want someone who intends on having people over often. I do generally keep to myself but I promise I’m friendly!
