1 Bed 1 Bath for rent in San Bruno! Looking to fill this room by mid-March. The monthly rent is $1865.98 and the security deposit is $1865.98. Utilities, electricity, and internet are not included in the rent. These bills will be split three ways.

Room is furnished* (*with bed frame, memory foam mattress, desk, and dresser). The bathroom is attached to the room (private) and has a walk-in closet! Both the room and bathroom will also be professionally deep-cleaned before your arrival.

Our space is a 3 bed 3 bath 2 story unit with an in-unit washer and dryer. One parking spot in our apartment’s garage is also included (no extra charge) with your room! Our living room, dining room, and kitchen space is clean, tidy, shared and furnished. We prefer no pets due to allergies.

The apartment has two gyms and a pool. Is within walking distance to Bart, the Tanforan Mall, and other stores, and is close to the 101, 380, and 280 freeway entrances. This spot is perfect for commuting to the biotech hub in South San Francisco, the city, and more!

My brother and I live in the other two rooms. My brother is an SFSU student and also works in the city. While I work in biotech. The majority of my time I spend on-site and on sometimes WFH. On occasion, we both hang out in the living room to binge some new shows or play video games, but for the most part, the living room is free to use! Both of us cook, so we keep the kitchen space clean and tidy. Other than that, we are very kind, independent people. We would love to hang out and do activities together when the time comes!

For a roommate, we would like a nice, chill, clean, and open-minded individual who’s in their 20s-30s, and is looking to stay long-term (6+ months).
