Looking for someone to take over a large room in our 3BR apartment near east passyunk. $750/month (includes water), year lease with option to renew, utilities split 3 ways. Move in date March 1st but flexible for mid-Fed.

The apartment is on the third floor with a big deck, washer and dryer, and one full bathroom. Small dogs allowed (no pet deposit!), but no cat (sorry allergies!). We’re looking for a roommate who is clean, friendly and fully vaxxed.

About us: 2 girls living together the past two years, 25 & 28 y/o, work in childcare and pharma industry. We keep to ourselves but also like to socialize! Please reach out for more info and interest
