1 master bedroom with a private bathroom with bath and shower. The room is huge, roughly 350 square feet. You would be sharing the house with another roommate. The room is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood Fair Oaks area, walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Pause Coffee Shop, restaurants, and parks. It’s a 3-minute drive to Chuze Fitness and Target, conveniently located close to highways. You get access You get access to the pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, tennis court in the community, and 1 space in the car garage. There’s tons of storage, closet space, and a walk-in pantry! Utilities and Wifi is included in the rent. You can paint your room however you want with no penalty/cost. Washer and Dryer onsite, security camera enabled in the front.

To qualify, you must make 2.5 times the rent, have no evictions on your record, and have a fair-good credit score. Prefer Christian faith. No felonies, history of drugs, and are willing to do a background check. Deposit is $500. 6-12 month lease minimum. Comes with stainless steel appliances and a laundry unit. No parties, or drugs. No overnight guests. Pets are ok, just need a $200 deposit. If you want it furnished, you can have it for no additional cost to you.

The other roommate will be preferably Christian and in her 20-30’s. Peaceful, career-driven, and respectful.
