We are located in town Grand Junction on a beautiful 5.5 acre farm. We have a large home with 2 fully furnished spaces upstairs. This This space is a large master suite with a private bathroom. It has a king size bed, sofa, desk, your own fridge, smart TV and 3 closets! From the back window you will see views of farm field, animals, the Grand Mesa and Mt, Garfield. The side window gives you views of the pond, ducks and chickens. There is a kitchenette located upstairs near your space with all essentials. Our farm is home to horses, miniature donkeys, sheep and Alpacas. We have three dogs that live inside and are not allowed upstairs. There are also 2 cats as well. We have a very large patio with multiple seating areas, a fire pit, grills and a hot tub. Parking is in the driveway, off street. All utilities are included. Washer and dryer are located downstairs. There is extra storage available if needed.
I am a registered nurse and my husband owns his own business. We have rented to traveling professionals for a couple years now. The other space upstairs is usually rented and the kitchenette is shared with the other renter. Our kitchen downstairs is available if needed. My husband and I live downstairs and are quiet, private and respectful. We have no children, only pets and farm animals.
