2 bed one bath apt. Private bedroom available and shared bathroom. More pictures coming soon, newly updated apartment. It’s a safer neighborhood but it still has its issues, neighbors are cool and you can bring animals if they are 50lbs or less, I have a cat as well so they need to be friendly:) I have to have maintenance come in and fix some things but I ask to meet candidates in person first before any decisions are made. I’m a pretty chill roomie I just ask for reliability and respect. I’m Cannabis friendly and have little to no rules. I’m normally pretty bubbly and would love to be friends with my roomie. I’m going through a break up and so my ex is willing to pay the month of move-in so there’s no deposit you just need to be able to pay on the next month. Still discussing if he’s going to keep his name on the lease, but if you’re planning on moving in you cannot be on any other lease or you won’t be approved.
