Hello! Looking for a roommate to share a 2Bed-2Bath apartment in Thousand Oaks. You will have your own room with a personal bathroom. You will share the apartment is with a 31-year old male who works as a Software Engineer . The apartment comes with a washer & dryer, dishwasher, and a large patio. Your room will have a huge walk-in closet, dressing area, and personal bathroom. The floor plan is amazing. The apartment is in a community called “The Knolls” and the community has two swimming pools and four spas, a fireside lounge, a clubhouse with big-screen television and library, a complete fitness facility including two racquetball courts, and a lighted tennis court. The apartment is very close to all the grocery stores and restaurants. My roommate is moving out so I am looking for someone who can fill my spot and take over my portion of the lease. Please note that we will work with the leasing office to transfer the lease and they will do a background check and credit check. The move-in date can be in the first week of january. The room is unfurnished so you will have to bring your own furniture. There is plenty of parking on the community street. Please reach out to me if you are interested
