The property is close to Downtown Cincinnati and the river with easy access to Covington Kentucky and surrounding areas. This is a duplex with the rooms being rented out. Available are 2 rooms of varying sizes which can be furnished or unfurnished. The bathroom and kitchen are shared spaces. Washer and dryer in the basement as well as some storage space. Parking is street parking. There is a fenced back yard and dogs can be considered, there is currently a dog on the premises who is friendly to people but unknown how they would react to other dogs in a living situation.

There is currently one female professional residing in the unit who has a dog. This can be a co-ed roommate situation. Current resident is quiet, laid back and respectful.
