Christie's room

This first floor apartment is very cozy and cute. There are updated appliances, including a dishwasher and built in microwave. There is a deck in the back, coin-op laundry in the basement, and temp control in each room.

It is also only a 7 minute walk to the Red Line (Ashmont stop) and the gym, library, parks, and restaurants are all within a 10 minute walk. Great area for someone who uses public transportation a lot. If you have a car, there is street parking and it’s usually easy to find a spot.

I live here with my cat. I’m an educator in the public school system, so I work M-F and start my days pretty early. When I’m home, I like to cook, read, and watch tv. I also love spending time with my adorable cat.

I like to keep common areas very clean and would like to set up a chore schedule/discuss expectations and what’s going well on a regular basis. I really value open communication and want to make our experience together as smooth as possible. Message me if you think we’d be a good match!
