About the room
Hello! We have a private unfurnished room and bathroom available starting February 1st for $1700 with in unit washer/dryer. You would be added to the lease as we will renew it for the next 6-8 months! There is free parking in the community parking garage right next to our building or you can rent a designated spot for $50 a month. The community has its own pool, hot tub, movie theatre and gym located in Carmel mountain right off of I-15 and minutes away from your large retail stores such as Target, Ralph’s, Trader Joe’s, etc.
Lease term- 6 to 8 months but also flexible for a month to month agreement that can be discussed
Utilities - gas/water/electric/wifi split amongst roommates and range from anywhere between $100-$300 total depending on usage

About the roomies
My boyfriend Jordan and I currently live in the apartment together with our boxer Diablo! I work as a server and Jordan works as a helicopter mechanic. We both like to spend our time hanging out with friends at the hot tub, binging a new tv series, or going out to new bars on the weekends. We are social but also respectful of privacy and downtime.
