The room is a nice size with a mirrored closet sliding door and you’d have your own bathroom as well. The common areas like the living room and kitchen are all furnished. The utilities are roughly an additional $90 per month. The rent is month to month. This is also a great area since it’s about a 2 minute walk to liquor stores, bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

My name is Venus and I’m 30 years old! I go to school full time studying to be an MRI technician and work as a restaurant server as well. I also have a boy cat named Nebby and he’s very sweet! (Sorry, I cannot take any more pets!) I grew up in San Diego and have been living on this property for about 5 years. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. (:
