Danmay's room

Hi there! I’m looking for a room mate to live in my house with me. It’s in a REALLY safe neighborhood in Ventana ranch. People walk around at night with their dogs, and I have a full home security system with cameras installed. I do work remotely from home so I will be here most of the time but like to keep to myself, but I’m perfectly fine socializing in common areas. I have a four bedroom home and looking to rent out 2 bedrooms, 1bath to preferably one person. (I have two spare rooms and have no usage for either of them. You could use one as a bedroom or the other as an office space or storage, I really don’t care) Parking space available in the garage or driveway. I have 2 cats, and a dog. If you have pets that’s fine - but if you have a dog. Ours will have to get along. I also have a small yard they can use. Message for details.

I work from home and will be here a majority of the time. I’m also a very clean person so I will clean quite often. (Common areas- living room, kitchen, etc) Other than myself, my partner (who does not live with me) comes to visit quite often but we are very to ourselves and will stay out of your way. I’m pretty quiet and do keep to myself but can also be social! I like to watch shows and play video games :)
