Newly renovated property with modern appliances. Looking to rent out a one bedroom on 03/01. The bedroom is little over 100 square foot with a closet and window a/c (wifi compatible). There are two full bathrooms so you can either share upstairs bathroom or have your own bathroom which is downstairs. Washer/dryer is located in the downstairs bathroom. Will split electric bill, everything else is included (wifi, water, cable, assigned parking).

The location is very convenient, close to freeway access and public transit, walking distance from Pali Momi, Pearlridge, Aiea Shopping Center.

I am in my late 30’s and work a hybrid schedule. I’m also a new homeowner so I am stressed because I don’t know what I’m doing (it’s fine, everything is fine). I’m an ambivert so either I’m the social butterfly or recharging my social battery.

When I’m not adulting, I like to cook, hang out and banter with friends, game nights, occasional drinking, martial arts, and dance.
