Furnished room for rent in a 2 bedroom & 1.5 bath townhome. The residence is located in Henderson near Boulder Hwy and Warm Springs Rd. The rent is $700 per month with utilities included and is available on a month-to-month or weekly basis for $175.

Room is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and nightstand. It also has a balcony with a view. The townhome is in good condition. It is an open space remodel with hardwood, granite, and tile. Washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, and covered parking. Cox internet with the latest Panoramic Wi-Fi modem. Roku. It is within walking distance to the frequent BHX bus line (3 min.) and Sunset bus line.

The room does require a $300 deposit and would also require a rental agreement.

I am comfortable with a living arrangement where we see each other in passing. I stay busy and keep to myself. I consider myself cordial and don’t mean to be unfriendly or over-friendly. I would like to get to know you more or get acquainted before a move-in.

I am looking for mature people (35+) who will keep the common areas, kitchen, bathrooms clean and tidy as well. The Golden Rule. Also respectful of quiet hours at night.
