The property is brand new, manufactured home I bought in 2023. $50 Background Check will be needed for the park.

If you want to work out something, I can also rent out the master bedroom for $1000/month but you’d need to have a discussion about it.

I’m a lab technician working at CDPHE. I just purchased my first home last year and am looking to rent out to help with mortgage. I’m not super active but love to go out and hike or do other activities.
