My girlfriend and I are looking to move out of Bozeman and so we are trying to find people to take the over our lease! This apartment is brand new and in an amazing location! The room you would be taking over is the mast bedroom which includes a large walk in closet and a private bath. The views out of the bedroom and whole apartment are amazing! When we moved in we got a great deal since our original building wasn’t going to be finished we ended up getting the bottom floor prices while living on the top floor! The lease is up July first and that last month is free with the move in special we signed! With there only being 5 months left on the lease, overall the rent comes to $848/ month for the remainder of the lease.

23 year old single male. He keeps to himself very well and I have never had problems. He has a 3 year old black lab that is very sweet. He works a lot so isn’t home very often and when he is he typically stays to his room.
