‼️LOOKING FOR ROOMMATES EASTOWN‼️ Hi everyone! This is my second time posting. One of our roommates just moved out about a month ago, and our other roommate just took a job out of state so we have 2 available rooms! Both Bedrooms come fully furnished, and includes an air conditioning unit in the summer. The kitchen is also fully equipped with anything you might need. Airfryer, Nespresso, microwave, blender, instant pot, and plenty of pots/pans and utensils. We also have paddleboards, a grill in the backyard, bonfire pit, and a brand-new Samsung washer and dryer. We keep the house insanely clean, and we’ve never felt on top of each other. The rent is 750 dollars. Rent includes all utilities, trash, wifi. The rent also includes toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher pods. Makes it easier so nobody has to keep track of who’s buying what. ‼️No security deposit‼️

We’re all young adults in our twenties, we keep it quiet and professional, so we’re looking for the same in 2 new roommates. Right now it’s just guys, but we’re open to female roommates as well.
