Iris's room

Looking for someone (females only please) to take over the lease for our master bedroom. The current tenant is moving out due to personal reasons. The room will be available January 1st. Term ends August 31 but would be available to sign a full 12 month lease after.

Room Details:

Master Bedroom with private bath. A spot in the detached garage.

Townhome Details:

In unit washer and dryer, Full Kitchen, Community pool and jacuzzi, Gated community

Utilities are split amongst all tenants. It is based on usage which fluctuates during the seasons but typically ranges from anywhere from $70 - $100. We do our best to keep usage reasonable but it is also reliant on the cost of electric and gas.

We are looking for:

Clean, Respectful, Pays bills on time, Good communication, Friendly

Landlord Requires:

No smoking, No animals (unfortunately), A strong Co-signer is required, (if you have any questions please reach out, we are more than happy to answer any questions), No couples, sorry

We are an all girls house, both of us are college age. While we love to hangout around the house or run errands together, we are respectful of each other’s space and privacy. We strive to create a comfortable environment for all. As such, we ask that the common areas be kept clean and tidy. We are both working and/or in school so we try to keep the noise level down past 10pm on the weekdays. Other than that there are no “rules” besides being courteous to one another.
