Allyson's room

Hello! I am moving out from the apartment and looking for someone to take my place in the lease with Edison of Chapel Hills. My current lease goes until end September, but the current roommate (Meredith) is looking to renew after the lease is up! Meredith is looking for a relaxed/easy going roommate! :)

Edison will require to approve you to take over my portion of the lease and to submit your portion of the deposit. Rent and utilities are split equally every month.

The place is a 2b2b on the third floor, and you would get the master bedroom with a private bathroom and the closet it in the bathroom as well. Every room has a GREAT view of the front range. Meredith has the living room furniture covered, so you will just need to bring your bedroom furniture and a vacuum! (I am taking my vacuum :) or $20 for a cheap vacuum at Wally World)

Edison DOES allow pets, but Meredith would prefer if you did want to bring a pet, it would be hypoallergenic. There is also a very nice workout room with diverse equipment, a pool, golf simulator, and a lounge room with free coffee!

Meredith is 25 y/o and works long shifts as a day nurse. She is active! Loves to ski, climb, hike, and travel. She likes to keep common areas clean, but it doesn’t need to be perfect. She is also an extrovert but also need alone time to recharge.
