Vanessa's room

The house is located in a residential neighborhood, easy access to Town lake road. I have two rooms available. I am renting each room for $850 or if someone wants both rooms with the bathroom, it would be $1750. The price includes utilities.

The rooms have a closet and window. The bathroom would be shared with another roommate, or if you rent both rooms, it would be just for you. We are all clean and mature women, looking for the same. No pets. We welcome women only, responsible, clean and quiet. We also welcome women with one child.

Currently there is three of us sisters. We are all over 50, we all work and have an active life. But one is moving, so we are looking for two roommates. The house has four rooms. The two rooms we are renting are standard with a closet and shared bathroom.
