1 single bedroom in a 3 bed/3 bath apartment in Studio City, for one year lease starting Feb 1 (move in flexible). Looking for FEMALE roommate preferably 20s-30s. Rent is $1125 + Utilities (which averages $125/mo per person). Deposit amount contingent on credit check.

This apartment is a spacious unicorn with tons of amenities, easy driving to Universal Studios, Warner Bros., Disney, and Hollywood. I’ve lived here for many years and my current roommate is leaving only because she’s moving out of state.

The bedroom comes with a walk-in closet, as well as a private bathroom immediately next to it. (Bedroom is currently being used as a home office, which is why the photo features desks.) Apartment has 3 assigned parking spaces in a gated garage (1 single, 2 as tandem). Other amenities include in-unit washer/dryer, pool and jacuzzi, exercise room, Amazon Package Hub, on-site security officer, smoke-free building. Living room is furnished, bedroom is unfurnished.

No pets please.

One roommate works from home, so requires a respectful noise level during any work zooms (which would be during normal business hours). Otherwise we are both fairly quiet, only have friends over occasionally and enjoy gaming!
