Faith's room

Available bedroom is on the front side of the house facing the street. One large window facing street, closet with shelves, house is pet friendly, pretty secluded street in South Tyler, 2 car garage, large driveway (No parking on street!), large back yard with 6ft wooden privacy fence, shared bathroom with one roommate.

First Roommate: Female college student(age 21) in master bedroom, with dog and cat. Works at Starbucks and goes to UT Tyler parttime. Normally works early mornings 3:30am-11am. Not a clean freak. ME (second roommate): 30-year-old Female, no pets (you will be sharing bathroom with me). Local Pilates instructor, works weekday mornings and evenings, very much a clean freak.

Very different ages and personalities. While she is an extrovert, I am an introvert, where she isn’t super clean, I love organization. LOL. But it works! Most of the bills are in my name, I send a screen shot of the bill in the group chat with how much each person owe’s and when it’s due. Then send a venmo request for that amount.
