Gordon's room

1 Bedroom available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath off a quiet cul-de-sac in Tierrasanta. The neighborhood includes a pool, tennis courts, and sidewalks overviewing a valley. Very nice shopping center within walking distance, or a 2-minute drive, including Smart & Final, starbucks, Auto Zone, and fantastic restaurants.

The room has a decent-sized sliding closet, and two windows shaded by trees. The bathroom is shared with one other housemate. The property includes an inhouse washer and dryer, and a small flat backyard perfect for tables, chairs, and umbrellas. Plenty of open space in the kitchen and living room.

All are very chill and often keep to ourselves, although we sometimes plan to all go out together either for food or to go downtown. One works from home M-F, other two leave the house for work on weekdays. 2 housemates also own cat.

I am a student who recently changed careers and will be moving out by the end of January. Currently looking for a nice, respectful, and organized individual to move into the vacant room. Message anytime with any questions and we can schedule a meeting.
