About the room
Room size- Width: 9ft. 10in. (118in.) length: 12ft. 8in. (152in.) Closet size- Width: 3ft. (36in.) Length: 5ft. (60in.) Apartment- I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with a room divider that separates it to 2 bedrooms. You would get the bedroom which has thick walls that are almost sound proof, and a big closet. The apartment is on the 3rd story so the view is very pretty with natural sunlight and lots of greenery. Location- This apartment is right in-between lake Sacajawea and city circle only being 0.3 miles away each and we have Vander cook Park right next to us! On top of that I have lots of stores near me since Iām within a mile from downtown Longview. Utilities- We have built in heaters, a laundry mat, and a parking garage. As for appliances I we have a oven/stove, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, and a crockpot.
About the roomies
Hi my name is Kai, Iām hard working, introverted, and extremely clean. My interests are all things electronics, cooking, cleaning, working out, art, and fashion. I currently have a roommate but their looking to move in with their boyfriend, so Iām looking for someone to team up with in the meantime (Note: I rent through Columbia river properties so a rental application is required, text for more info). Lastly we are on a cosigned lease so the soonest this place will be available is early May.
