The bedroom is about 10’10“ x 9.5’ with a closet 8’x6’ with a depth of 2’ Can do month to month, but preferably a one year lease (also cheaper) MUST do $50 application fee via Renaissance Apartments to get approved (takes about a week). Pets are allowed but must get approved by Renaissance and pay extra $ Laundry is on site in different areas of the complex. Parking: we have one reserved covered spot. All uncovered spots within complex are available as well as street parking. Private patio attached. AC & heat works. Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, patio. ABOUT ME :) I’m Adrianna, im a 24 year old woman and a hostess/ server at a country club. I’ve lived here with my brother since October 2020 and he’s recently moved out to go on his own path unexpectedly. I need a roommate asap! I’m half introvert, half extravert so I enjoy my personal space and quiet time, but also won’t mind a conversation. I personally smoke marijuana so you must be okay with smoking. I also enjoy dancing in my room so there’s loud music only sometimes. Rarely I’ll have friends over but we’re usually in my room hangin out anyway. I prefer a female roommate who picks up after themselves, respects all of my belongings, respects our chores, and will be consistent with paying their half of the bills.
