Nice terrace for summer outdoor stay, and a backyard with fire pit. This room has also a small private balcony. Photos show furniture, however rental price is for unfurnished room. Cat welcome, or SMALL dog. It is a creative house, art and music. Parking: there is 1 driveway and street parking.

For now it is just myself, plus cat, the apartment has 3 rooms, so it would be 3 people sharing the 2nd floor, kitchen, bathroom.
