7th Avenue

I have a comfy 2 bedroom apartment. It’s on the second story and there’s a nice view of a soccer and baseball field with the hills in the background. The apartment is fully furnished. I’ve lived here for more than 5 years. I have a washer and dryer in my unit. I don’t use my parking spot so you could have it if you like. Please no pets, I have 2 cats already and landlord says no more. I’m sorry. I have AC, internet a big TV in the living room with internet access for streaming. It’s safe, clean, quiet and the neighbors are quiet as well.

I’m clean, and I work. My only company is my daughter so it’s pretty quiet here. I vape and smoke an occasional cigarette. Also, I enjoy a beer on my weekend. I spend my off time watching hulu and hanging out on my computer. I’m respectful and thoughtful, I try to be kind to everyone - we never know what someone else is going through.
