North Celia Drive

I have 2 separate bedrooms avaliable with 1 full bathroom with a bathtub, it will be shared with the other roommate. The room has a large window and a closet as well as being next to the ac unit. Very large driveway and Detroit style garage as well as a large 3 sided backyard with a small patio. Galley kitchen with sliding doors to the patio. I have a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, and fridge. I also provide internet included in the water and electricity bill ($100 for all 3)

Very quiet neighborhood right at the border of cedar park and Austin, very close (walking distance) to HEB, QT, Lakeline Mall, and more. There is also a cute neighborhood park and trail.

I am a single mother with a 2 year old son. I typically am home so keep in mind that he may be loud. 🫠 Atm I am looking for new roommates since my current roommates are not paying rent. By February they will be out of the house. My lease ends in June but if things go well I can extend the lease by month if desired. :)
