About the room
If you’re looking for a peaceful, easygoing place to come home to, this might be it. I’ve got a great room opening up in a 3 bed 2 bath single family home in Rainbow Lakes Estates in Dunnellon. The house: Spacious home with a 2-car garage, a nice yard, and a big sunroom that’s perfect for relaxing. The room: Freshly painted and fully furnished with newer furniture, including a newer queen-size mattress and bed. There is also a TV in the room, so you are set from day one. The vibe: This is a clean, respectful, low drama house. Not a ton of rules, just common sense and good energy. I live here, and there is currently one other roommate who is honestly an awesome guy and easy to get along with. A few things to know: Full access to kitchen, living areas, and yard Kids visiting on weekends is totally fine Rent is $750 per month and includes all utilities and WiFi One month security deposit required The only catch: I have a 8-year-old collie named Ashe who thinks she runs the place 😄 She is very friendly with people but not great with other animals, so no additional pets.
About the roomies
About Me: I’m an easygoing guy and not big on rules. I rarely drink, but I don’t mind if you do or smoke. I’m pretty social and tend to talk a lo. I spend a good amount of time on my computer, watch TV, and complain about mowing the lawn and yard work. I also have a very lovable 8-year-old Collie. She’s great with people but doesn’t do well with other pets, so no additional pets, sorry. About the Other Roommate: He’s a friendly, outgoing guy but also keeps to himself. Easy to get along with and just an all-around good person. About You: I don’t care if you’re young or old, gay or straight. What matters is that you’re clean, friendly, outgoing, and able to pay rent on time. Nobody’s perfect, we all have our past, and that’s okay. Weekend visits from kids are fine.
