3 rooms, unfurnished, upstairs in single family home. Live on dead end road near Fort Phoenix. 5 min walk to beach, quiet street with woods around, inground pool, share laundry and kitchen. Have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a rabbit (all friendly). Am 68 year old retired RN. No alcohol or cannabis. Live alone but have young grandchildren often.
